Because protecting your privacy is very important to The Shutterbug, we have adopted the following policies to safeguard your personal information; and are maintaining confidentiality. We will limit the collection and use of personal information to what is necessary to administer our business, provide you with the highest quality service, and offer you opportunities we think will be of interest. We will not disclose any individual information to other organizations except for payment purposes.

The Shutterbug Online web site may contain links to other sites. However, we make every effort to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by other sites.

Basic Statement:

The Shutterbug collects personal information from our visitors on a voluntary basis only. Personal information may include name, title, company, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc. The individual information collected is used only by The Shutterbug to process orders that have been placed by our customers; or for marketing our products, events and/or services. We never collect or maintain information on our website from those we actually know are under 13, nor is any part of our website structured to attract anyone under 13. If you are under 18, you may use theshutterbugoline.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. The Shutterbug reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders within our sole discretion.

All personal information you provide to The Shutterbug is secured on our server with restricted access. The Shutterbug reserves the right to use agents, who are bound by strict confidentiality guidelines, to perform storage and processing functions.
